In steel construction, steel beams, plates and tubes made of structural steel by screwing, welding or rivets are interconnected to form a lattice work.
The steel construction combines the advantage of the relatively short planning and construction, with a flexible design of the lattice work. This flexibility results, for example by the use of relatively lighter and slimmer, heavy duty components and high, as well as precise degree of prefabrication.
Steel is like no other building material suitable for sustainable construction. With its high strength it can easily carry high-rise buildings. If these later once built, the steel used can be separated with a magnet from the mass demolition and reused in new buildings.
