The property is located in the Grosspeter complex and extends to Grosspeterstrasse. The existing residential building was demolished and is now being replaced by a new building as a commercial building with a parking garage.
Project
The Rytz AG has provided together with the architectural office the conceptual design of the windows, exterior doors, as well as the generous passage in the middle of the building. Included in the order are about 340 pcs. Windows and blinds. Of these, the standard facades will be executed with the Reynaers Masterline 8 system and the fire protection facade EI 30, as well as the doors with the Wicona system (Evo 75, 77FP and Evo 75FP). In addition, the passage including soffit will be executed with our “PR-System Rytz”.
