Residential complex “Am Dych”

A green residential complex has been built on the former production site of the confectionery and baked goods manufacturer Läckerli Huus in Münchenstein (BL).
The “Am Dych” project is idyllically situated on the shores of St. Alban Pond, right on the city limits of Basel. It comprises three architecturally appealing buildings with over 167 apartments and 6 studio apartments.
The new development meets the highest sustainability standards. The goal is to achieve certification under the “Sustainable Building Switzerland – SNBS” standard at a minimum of the Gold level.

Project
The scope of work commissioned by Frutiger AG includes the planning, fabrication, and installation of a perimeter exoskeleton and railings on Building A, as well as entrance facades, loggias, stairwell glazing, and the glazing of the garage entrance.
