New commercial building Sood 36 – the attractive center for services, crafts, leisure, sports and shopping in Adliswil/Zurich South. Four upper floors and two basement floors with a total of approx. 9,500m2 of scalable space and 166 parking spaces as well as various outdoor spaces offer space for a wide variety of working environments.

Project
Rytz AG created the rear-ventilated cassette facade with curtain-type composite panels. The first floor is executed in the mullion-transom system. The doors are made of aluminum. The metal finishes were also executed by Rytz AG. An exciting project, which Rytz AG carried out from the development to the final assembly.
