Steel construction

From planning to assembly - your partner for sophisticated constructions

We realize innovative steel constructions according to your wishes, under the guidance of our engineers and our team of welding specialists.
Steel is suitable for sustainable construction. Due to its high strength, it can easily support entire high-rise buildings, even with low construction weights and filigree structures. If  later the building will be dismantled, the steel used can be separated from the demolition mass with magnets and reused in new constructions.

Facades

Facades are exposed to a wide range of environmental and usage-related factors. In addition to functionality and aesthetics, the structures must also meet building physics requirements.
For example, fire-resistant facades with up to 120 minutes of fire resistance can be constructed while also meeting MINERGIE standards.
We manufacture industrial facades as rear-ventilated constructions or as compact facades using prefabricated panels made of metal and thermal insulation.

Coffered facades
Coffered facades are usually rear-ventilated facades. The base structure consists of a solid masonry wall or internal load-bearing wall cassettes made of metal. The insulation thickness of the wall is determined according to the customer’s specifications or in accordance with applicable regulations. The cladding panels, which give the facade its name, are folded sheets that are hung and fastened to a substructure, either visibly or invisibly.

Cladding facades are typically used for more exclusive areas (office entrance facades, public areas, etc.).
The advantage lies in the great architectural versatility:
Size, choice of material (sheet metal, Alucobond, stone, glass), coating, mounting method, edge profile, etc., can all be freely selected.

Continuous-row window facades
Continuous-row window facades consist of industrially manufactured window assemblies that are assembled on-site. There is therefore no length limitation for the window band. Tolerances and thermal expansion are accommodated in the interlocking groove (window to window). Various systems are available for profiling. Rytz AG has developed its own systems and profile pressing tools for cost-effective commercial and industrial facades.

Expanded metal facades
The use of expanded metal in facade construction allows for great design freedom. Due to its malleability and status as a composite material, expanded metal offers enormous development potential. Expanded metal is a versatile material for architectural designs, enabling striking visual effects. The wide range of patterns, materials, and colors ensures a unique appearance for every project.
