Aquabasilea Pratteln

The “aquabasilea” project in Pratteln, designed by Zurich architect Justus Dahinden, includes the four-star Courtyard by Marriott business & seminar hotel, a 10-story office tower, and various service and retail areas in addition to the adventure and water world.
With 13,000m2, Aquabasilea Pratteln is the largest water park in Switzerland. Water slides, wave pool and climbing facilities are united under a large dome.

Project
Rytz AG realized the facade cladding for the office tower and the hotel. The rear-ventilated façade was covered with standing seam metal cassettes manufactured specifically for the project.

In addition, Rytz AG built three escape staircases in a special construction made of large steel sheets.
