Spenglerpark – External sun shading slats

The existing skylight in building C will be fitted with external solar shading using large aluminum slats. These are installed on a steel structure above the roof structure.

The BS 100 system (movable slat system) from our system supplier Reynaers Aluminum will be used.
Brise Soleil is an external shading system with which the functions of sun protection, glare protection, daylight control and individual special and object solutions can be implemented in a variety of ways.

The slats are made of extruded, corrosion-resistant aluminum profiles and are closed at the sides with end caps. The covers are fixed in screw channels in the slat profiles.

The slats can be arranged in any position and are mounted in plastic bushes. They are fixed between the pilaster strip profiles according to the loose / fixed bearing principle. This ensures that thermal linear expansion is permanent and maintenance-free.
